Nothing is set in stone; everything can (and should) be changed. That’s why we’re looking for only the most dynamic of candidates: the smart, the energetic, the quick-on-their-feet, the problem-solvers, the “we don’t need an alignment call, we’ll settle this over Slack” movers and shakers of Berlin and beyond. If you’re looking for slow, structured, step-by-step processes, you’ll be sorely disappointed.
We hire for drive, innovation, and initiative. If you’ve got an idea, run with it. We’ll give you the tools and the support to excel. Few things are set in stone, so you’re free to innovate and iterate to your heart’s content (just don’t burn the place down, please).
PERGOLUX is an onsite company. That’s four days in one of our (beautiful, central) offices, for the full work day (8:30 - 17:00, roughly). Don’t let that scare you away, we expect a lot out of our teammates, but it’s not all spreadsheets and KPIs. We’re young, we’re energetic, and we love to let loose.

Absolutely! We have offices across the globe, and you’re more than welcome to join us at any of our locations if you find yourself in the neighborhood (just make sure to check with your manager/team first).

Yes! PERGOLUX offers remote work. Each employee is allowed to work from anywhere on Earth for one week (just bring us back a souvenir).
Yes, PERGOLUX is an onsite company, and we put a big emphasis on in-person collaboration and culture. That means four days in the office each week, from 8:30am to 5:00pm (give or take a few minutes). If it sounds scary, try it out first—with team breakfasts, a vibrant workplace, and the friendliest colleagues you’ll ever meet, it quickly goes from a sticking point to one of the nicest features of the job.
As long as you can spell pergolas, we can teach you the rest. Pergolas are simple—running a successful e-commerce company is not. We hire for drive, ability, and versatility. A passion for pergolas is strictly optional (but you’ll develop one as you go anyway).
