Your tasks

Affiliate Program Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies that alignwith our business goals. Create and manage affiliate marketing calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit high-performing affiliates and strategic partners who align with ourbrand values and target audience. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to maximize performance.
Content and Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with affiliates to create compelling promotional materials, landing pages, and content that effectively promote our products or services.
Performance Optimization: Monitor affiliate program performance using analytics tools. Identify opportunities for improvement, conduct A/B testing, and implement strategies to maximize affiliate conversions and ROI.
Commission Tracking: Manage affiliate commission tracking and payments accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure affiliates are incentivized to drive quality traffic and conversions.

What you bring

Affiliate Marketing Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing tools and best practices.
Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
Affiliate Network: A strong network of affiliate contacts, agencies, and industry connections that you can leverage to identify and recruit the right partners.
Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in affiliate marketing analytics and using data insights to drive decision-making and optimization.
Tracking Tools: Experience with affiliate tracking and management platforms (e.g. Impact Radius, CJ Affiliate, PartnerStack) and CRM systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
