Your tasks

Define, plan, and execute marketing campaigns throughout the year, including themes, pricing, discounts, bundles, and more.
Take ownership of the online store, ensuring it is perfectly tailored to the local market in terms of look and feel and information provided.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content.
Work closely with marketing to identify localized marketing opportunities.
Enhance our online presence through SEO and SEM techniques.
Drive traffic and increase conversion rates through targeted efforts.
Implement process improvements and maintain data accuracy.

What you bring

Proven experience in online marketing and digital campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
Knowledge of Shopify.
Hands-on experience with Google and Meta Ads is a plus.
Native German speaker or excellent German skills.
Good English skills (B2/C1 Level).
Strong customer and service orientation, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
Enthusiasm for continuous process and workflow improvement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth.
