Your tasks

Lead marketing channel (and the team):
You lead a marketing channel for our influencer marketing activities.You are in charge of agency selection & team staffing as well as leading them to achieve best results.
Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies:
Grow influencer marketing into one of our largest marketing channels and a major growth driver. Identify key trends and opportunities in influencer marketing.
Budget Management:
Handle 7 digits budgets carefully to maximize ROI, and negotiate competitive rates with influencers and agencies.
Reporting and Analysis:
Deliver regular performance reports, utilize key metrics to inform decisions, and refine strategies based on data insights.

What you bring

Experience: some text
- Minimum 3 years in performance or growth marketing, with a proven-track record in delivering strong growth.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast growing e-commerce and manage to scale performance marketing channel(s).
- Experience in leading a team and managing influencer marketing is a big plus.

Strategic Thinking: Capable of understanding relevant growth levers & devising innovative marketing strategies, prioritizing performance growth and scaling.
Communication: Fluent in English with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. German knowledge is a big advantage.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing and optimizing campaign/influencer performance.
Organization: Exceptional organizational skills, able to handle multiple campaigns & influencer activities at once.
Tech Proficiency: Skilled in using influencer marketing tools and platforms.

Adaptability: Flexible in responding to changes in trends and the influencer environment.
