Your tasks

  • Develop and rollout standardized processes and best practices for warehouse and fulfillment operations across regions.
  • Track and analyze KPIs for warehouse operations across various locations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Lead the rollout of new warehousing projects, technology upgrades, or expansions, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.Identify and recommend areas for improvement based on data insights, collaborating with local warehouse managers to enhance operations.
  • Support the development and implementation of fulfillment strategies to improve delivery accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assess inventory flows and allocation practices to ensure stock availability aligns with demand patterns, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Document procedures and conduct training sessions to support local teams in adopting optimized processes and systems.
  • Use data analytics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or opportunities for cost reduction in warehousing and distribution.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment operations.
  • Familiarity with different warehousing models and fulfillment practices, and the ability to support various locations with distinct operational needs.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience using data to drive decisions, optimize processes, and support performance improvement.
  • Proficiency in analyzing KPIs, generating performance reports, and translating data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other supply chain software, along with an ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology.
  • Comfortable providing support and guidance on systems usage to local teams and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel to various warehouse locations for process roll outs & optimisation. 
  • Experience managing or supporting projects within warehousing and fulfillment, ensuring on-time and efficient execution of new initiatives.
  • Ability to coordinate across functions and manage multiple priorities to support timely project delivery and goal achievement.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment and to work effectively with teams across different cultures and time zones.
