Your tasks

Consultation and support of our customers via telephone, email, and (video) chat for customers in Denmark at our office location in Frankfurt.
Taking ownership for the Danish online store and ensuring that all texts on the online store are translated correctly from English to Danish.
Localizing the Danish online store to cater to the local culture and interests.
Working closely with marketing to identify localized marketing opportunities.
Ensuring that the store offers a smooth customer experience (e.g. check regularly that the payment options are working, etc.).
Processing of orders in our e-commerce system and handling of returns and complaints.
Process improvements and data maintenance.

What you bring

Excellent Danish language skills.
Experience in customer service / sales / e-commerce.
High motivation, especially for sales and willingness to learn continuously.
Strong customer and service orientation, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good English skills.
High level of self-organization and good time management.
Enthusiasm for continuous process and workflow improvement.
Good IT user skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
