Your tasks

Consultation and support of our customers via telephone, email, and (video) chat for customers in Norway at our office location in Frankfurt, Germany.
Order processing in our E-commerce system.
Handling returns and complaints.
Communication with transport service providers.
Process improvements and data maintenance.

What you bring

2-3 years’ experience in customer service / sales / e-commerce.
Norwegian as a native language or excellent Norwegian skills.
Very good English skills.
High motivation, especially for sales and willingness to learn continuously.
Strong customer and service orientation, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
High level of self-organization and good time management.
Enthusiasm for continuous process and workflow improvement.
Good IT user skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
